- Managed Facility Operations of Incyte's Microarray Facility (Fremont, CA) and Central Distribution Facility (Mountain View, CA). Microarray facility included Class 10K Cleanroom and multiple R&D Laboratories. Central Distribution facility housed Incyte's Genetic Library.
- Project Manager for the 2001 decommissioning of the Mountain View and Fremont facilities coordinating terminating vendor services, provided employee and asset relocation and assisted with lease negotiations for new tenant.
- Project Manager for the liquidation of Incyte assets including responsibility for asset inventory, database management and liquidation vendor negotiation.

- Construction Project Team Member and support for the 1998 build out of the Adobe Systems East Tower (Corporate Facility) including space planning (moves, adds & cubical reconfiguration), securing contractors, purchasing building equipment as well as serving as a Move Team Coordinator for 1300+ employees.
